What area should I live in?

Location recommendations for each of our clients. Our recommendations are personalized to our individual clients based on personality, hobbies & interests.

Am I guaranteed to get accommodation? What happens to my deposit if not?

We have had 100% success rate in finding accommodation for our clients. If we were unable any viable options for our client we would of course refund the deposit, however this is not something we have encountered or plan to encounter.

How far in advance should I reach out?

We encourage all of our clients to give us at least 1 month’s notice prior to desired move in date, however we will always try to accommodate providing we feel we have sufficient time to find somewhere suitable.
